Allison Eriksen:  I chose the fabric because it represented San Pedro's laid back beach lifestyle. I loved Belize's blend of Caribbean, indigenous, and Latin cultures and the foods fresh from the sea. I definitely plan to go back and learn more about the Mayan culture on the mainland.
